Beautiful location and centrally located. Well kept gardens, spacious and clean. I also appreciated the bar that accommodated alcohol free beverages The food was pretty good.
The prices for the grab and go breakfast and coffee were a little on the expensive side. Would have maybe preferred more food options.
This is an exceptional hotel. Literally one stop shop where rest meets relaxation meets location meets food and drink. You never have to leave and really shouldn’t. From the coffee in the morning to the espresso martinis at night… it’s all one needs to reset your mind and body.

The property is beautiful and well located.
I booked my stay on booking of course. Booking did not adequately warn me of the extra fees. Those included parking ($55 per day), resort fee ($35 per day) and a pet deposit of $200. Management waived the pet deposit but on the condition I signed a stringent agreement which gave the hotel the ability to charge me for any disturbance caused by the dog in order to compensate other guests. We have stayed here two times before, and the upgrade they recently made was fantastic. The pool, lounge chairs and lunch options were spot on. We loved it before but we REALLY love it now.

The Staff was amazing and went out of the way to make the stay memorable for our 11 year old daughter/ spending time showing her the aviary and how bees make honey, and how monarch butterflies breed. Aliania even gave her a stuffy which was a bee!!!!

Location and grounds
Stairs and distance to elevator. Plus resort WiFi was extremely poor.
The greenery. The hotel felt very welcoming and the lobby felt like everyone was gathering as a family at night, it was nice to see. The hotel never ran out of activities for us to do. There were lots of seating areas for people to enjoy the outdoors on the property.
We went to the cafe one morning and they were out of stock of quite a few things on their menu. It was a little difficult to navigate some of the property, but we eventually learned our way around. Would definitely come back though!
The property is beautiful. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. We were there for a family wedding at 4 pm on Saturday. Lovely grounds. Staff were very pleasant.
For such a large property that is beautifully maintained and quite expensive, the hospitality at check in was subpar.Check in was at 4pm, the same time as the wedding. I called twice in advance to see if we could get into our room a little earlier. (30 to 45 min early to change into our black tie clothing). They could not guarantee anything.
