Wellness facility not great. No spa.
Very clean Hotel and always cleaning staff around should you require. Breakfast was excellent and waiting staff very helpful particularly when my wife requires "pan sin gluten" Pool area and facilities very good particularly the heated pool. Room was fine with very comfortable bed and pillows.
We found the Hotel lacked atmosphere. Pool area although nicely decorated was very small. We found that going to the pool area in the evening was preferable as there were fewer people around.
Perfect sized hotel - never crowded or too busy even though fully occupied. Great location. Super friendly staff. I booked with dinner included - the food exceeded my expectations: good quality, varied, high protein, themed nights.
I liked it all but if I had to choose something a bit negative it would be the tiny corridor-like gym on the 5th floor. Still managed some decent workouts though.
This hotel is spotless , with great facilities and great location . I cannot fault this hotel and will return again. Pool side is beautiful and always a bed available . I had a city facing room which had stunning sunrise and sunset views
It was unfortunate that the roof top area was closed as I booked this hotel to use this fabulous facility. I had problems with the safe in my room which didn’t seem to get resolved
Liked the general ambience of the hotel. Great location, quiet at night, good food, nice pool and no problem getting a poolside seat.
Meals could be a little hotter!
We had a room with sea view. Balcony with partial sea view and picture window with full sea view. The location was excellent, one minute walk to the beach and five or ten minute stroll to the mail bars and restaurants. The hotel had a heated pool and three out door heated jacuzzi's. The steam room only seemed to be available from 4pm to 5pm which is okay when the sun is out but on a cloudy day it would be good to have it more readily available. However, not a big issue.Read more
Hotel is close enough but also far enough from the noise of the boulevard. You are on the boulevard and at restaurants/bars within 5 minutes walk but it didn’t disturb me at night. Everything 5th time here. The staff are the best. Location is brilliant for everything Pool is fabulous The WiFi and shade around the pool has been improved. Perfect in every way possible Can’t wait to visit again.
Being small and contemporary, pool area, bed, shower, location.
If needed you couldn’t have shade round the pool Singularly, there is only big covers so others laying near you would need to want the shade too. Breakfast loads to choose and nice long service times but the hot plates do not keep the food hot tbh it’s not even warm.
Great location, staff very nice and customer oriented. We liked the heated pool and jacuzzi.
Practically no spa as stated in the description (there was a hammam but never working) Very noisy room during day and night.
