The hotel has an amazing location - right in the heart of Yerevan, just off Republic Square, behind the arch opposite the Government building. You can walk to all major sights, cafes, and shops within minutes. My room was a little bit old, but spacious and clean, with a balcony and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Fresh bed linen, a bathrobe, all the necessary toiletries, etc. The bed i...
The only minor issue was a slightly musty smell from the bathroom pipes when I first arrived. However, it disappeared completely as soon as I started using the water, so it wasn’t a real problem - just something to note.Read more
Location, staff, breakfast, price/quality relation, spacious rooms
A bit outdated but you're in an historical building
Huge room and bathroom, clean, excellent location, good view outside of the balcony and very good breakfast. They also assisted in printing our boarding passes.
Check-in did not go smoothly as there was an issue with booking.com's pricing. Our reservation included a child but was not free per hotel policy. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is central. It was easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out was smooth and very fast. Overall, I would recommend this place for any type of travel – business/family/vacation.
It is in a central location. You can visit many places on foot. It has clean and large rooms. We were satisfied.

The hotel is very clean, the food is very good, and the staff is just too friendly! The location is a huge bonus, as it is in the very heart of Yerevan. However, note that the hotel is old, so if you are looking for something lavish, it may not be the best decision.
It was great. the hotel manager Laura and Zaruhi were amazing.
Exactly in city centre. Very professional and multiçingual staff. Amazing Breakfast.
It had a good sense of tranquility, a comfortable bed, proper room ventilation, and the bathroom was excellent. The staff’s behavior was also good.
The room carpet was not clean, and there was no drinking water available, which I think is very important. At least one bottle of water should be provided and replenished daily. Also, the toilet did not have water for cleaning. In Iran, we wash ourselves with water after using the toilet, and the fact that there was no water available made it very difficult to use the restroom. It would be great i...Read more
