We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is very well maintained and beautiful. Everything is maintained to a high standard. Very beautiful location with a view of the Danube River. The location is a bit far from the center but we had a car so it didn't bother us. Parking for hotel guests is paid.Read more
Rooms were great, some stuff were very friendly, some others not as much, however all very helpful. Some staff at the bistro bar were not very friendly, sometimes older ones come across to be almost a bit rude, fortunately most of them were very good and the food compensate that.Read more
Really close to public transport links and easy to navigate, quiet island and breakfast was never too hectic.
Rude encounter with a staff member this morning, our flight had been cancelled so we weren’t sure if the hotel could help/advise us. Instead of offering any advice or help he immediately stated ‘stay later - 30 euros’ when in fact, it would’ve been helpful to know about our options including the luggage room. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. Attentive and polite service staff. Dazzling white towels, robes and bed linen. Good spa. Breakfasts match the stars of the hotel. Calm pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful nature of the island.
Spa is a bit small. Would like more hydromassage devices in the pools with non-thermal water.

The accommodation was fantastic. The staff were exceptional kind, professional, and always helpful. Our room was cleaned every day, and towels were changed daily, which we truly appreciated. Location, food, spa area. The rooms are newly renovated, you have plenty of things to do in the hotel and nearby. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
Everything was perfect.
The island was wonderful. Breakfast was ok.
The photos of the pools are kind of fake. All pools are so small, especially the outdoor one -only one- is in the size of a pool of a house not a hotel. Thermal pools are so small, almost impossible to enjoy the massage jets because of the crowd. The personnel was so unhappy, nobody welcomed us, nobody said good morning.
