Loved the plush carpets and spacious rooms. Staff super friendly.
It lacked some basic facilities in the room: - no microwave -no toaster - No bowls or plates, just cups and saucers -no cutlery except for 2 t-spoons … 1 was dirty :( For such a luxurious hotel, the indoor gym and pool facilities CLOSED at 6pm. The facility is perfectly clean and the staff members always welcoming
Location was close to road but still quiet. We drove to long jetty and walked along the lake however think the lake entry may have been quite close to the hotel so should have checked. Great if you want to be near a Club that has a couple of restaurants. We were told the gym was not accessible to hotel guests until 9am despite being open. The room was decorated to a high standard and well maintain...
We were not being able to get hold of a staff member on the phone after 8pm when we could not find the wifi details. We left a message but no one called us back. The AC was a little too cold throughout the hotel but we could adjust the temperature in our room.Read more
Good size TV and very nice bathroom. It's new.
It's one of those motels next to a club, so no room service or facilities. You have to walk in the rain to the club if you want anything.
We loved our stay ,so clean and quiet .friendly staff to help with any questions. loved the hotel so beautiful. loved the club next door for dinner and breakie .Was nice to sit in lounge waiting for checking with a glass of bubbles at club as it was pouring rain 🌧. will be back in June thankyou Encore Mingara fabulous 👌 10.

The hotel facilities and room were great. We loved that we had access to the gym and pool throughout the Easter long weekend, and had a nice dinner one night at the club. A really central location to explore different parts of the central coast.
