Pros (+) The whole experience staying for 2 nights up in the mountain and it was snowing in april. Staff were most willing to assist and make things work. Clean and comfortable environment throughout the hotel.

Pros (+) Good experience to stay surrounded by the snow. The food was good. The onsen was excellent. The staffs were very helpful and polite. We had very good memories here.

Pros (+) The hotel was very good. The room was clean and spacious. The hot spring was great and great outdoor atmosphere. Outside the hotel was surrounded by snow wall which was great experience for us. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very polite.

Pros (+) the breakfast is very nice, so does the dinner! there are many many kind of foods for our selection. The outdoor spa can easy your body and make you feel relax! Not mentioned the ski in and ski out directly to the hotel is really very convenient!

Pros (+) Great facilities - beautiful outdoor onsen, indoor pool/spa, ski in/ski out. Staff were very helpful. Loved the buffet breakfasts and dinners.
Cons (-) Great location for a short stay, but for a longer visit the ski resort needs more runs, including some powder zones, maybe tree runs.

Pros (+) Such a beautiful experience to remember and recall. We had an amazing stay! The white Christmas wish was granted. There was so much to do at the hotel after whole day of Ski fun! Shuttle- Free pickup from Inawashiro Stn (should be reserved in advance esp ski season) Staff- beyond amazing, every area! Facilities/Experience - 5 star Onsen (indoor/outdoor) , Sauna, Pool, Marshmallow nights, Table Ten...

Pros (+) Close to the ski resort, it was very convenient for renting equipment and enjoying winter activities. The breakfast was okay but good enough to provide energy for skiing.
Cons (-) Dinner is quite expensive considering the content. The hotel is a bit old.

Stayed in June, so there was no snow view, but it was still a great choice! Looking forward to experiencing a winter stay next time! The room was spacious, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious—highly recommend adding it to your stay!
