Pros (+) Great location, quiet and walk to beach. Old facilities but neat, tidy and clean.
Cons (-) Shower went everywhere over bathroom floor and terrible shower head. Millipede infestation coming under the door wasn't pleasant.

Pros (+) Check in was very simple, the room was very clean, attention to detail was excellent. Ice tray was freshly filled, beach towels provided, as was coffee, tea, milk and biscuits. Microwave and small oven/hot plate were clean. Location is excellent - walking distance to beach, close to golf course. Gardens are well maintained with bbqs, chairs and tables provided in the shady areas.
