Really nice customer service. You cannot beat the location. Plenty parking and valet. Super clean. Cleaning ladies are friendly as well.
Front desk girl needs more training. Didn’t give any direction after gave my room key. It’s my first time here in the hotel and they just assumed I know where I should go. When I ask how to get to my room, I do not appreciate her tone. But all other service people are helpful and friendly.
Staff were extremely friendly. Room was very comfortable and the facilities in Kalcity in the basement were entertaining. I found the stay accomodating and high quality.
Some more English lessons for the staff, especially reception. The air conditioning near the room entrance sometimes smelled of tobacco smoke, potentially guests in other rooms smoking.
Great place, I liked everything, I will surely come again when in Beijing. Great value for the money! I used the gym twice very late at night, like at 3:00 am, because I still had a jet lag I could not sleep, but the gym facility was open and that was great, i worked out and my headache was gone. Amazing

We had a marvellous time at the Empark Grand Hotel, I highly recommend it ! The staff is excellent, kind, professional and very helpful. Special mention to Kevin the front desk manager who made our stay amazing. The restaurant was delicious and so was the breakfast at the 16th floor. The room was really spacious, luxurious and quiet. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Beijing.
The service is not as per their rating of 5 star. Not much variety for breakfast. They asked me to directly talk to the taxi driver where I want to go. No room service available after 10.30 pm even though the menu printed 24 hours. Worst case is they try to force open my room door at 9 am while I was still sleeping although my check out time is at 12 pm.
