Friendly staff, clean comfy room, excellent breakfast, great location
Rooms on smaller side but not tiny
We loved the location and the staff was exceptional! Our rooms were cozy. Aron gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. All of the staff was super helpful and the luggage room (to store our luggage after checkout) felt very secure. We would most definitely stay again at The Emerald!
Americans may think the room was small BUT it is well equipped and comfortable. We had no issues at all- it is just slightly smaller than traditional American hotels (but why do you need all that space anyway??!!)
Really nice hotel, really clean, friendly and helpful staff. Nespresso machine in room. Room was a good size. Very good location. Would definitely stay there again!
Small point - Needed more appropriate places to hang our towels in bathroom. Could do with better pillows.
The hotel is in a superb location — just a short walk from the Danube River, the main shopping street, the Jewish Quarter, a pharmacy, restaurants, cafés, the Great Market Hall, and the airport shuttle bus stop. The rooms are clean, the hotel is modern, and the front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
Absolutely excellent hotel. I travel a lot (more than 30 trips in three years) and I can certainly state that this is one of the very few hotels I'd rate simply perfect. The front staff was always so pleasant and helpful. The accommodations were excellent ... clean, quiet, and safe. This hotel is an excellent location to walk around the city, visit sites, get food, etc. We were extremely happy with our stay here and will definitely stay here the next time we visit Budapest! A++ all around!
