Pros (+) The location is excellent. The rooms are pretty effcient and modern. I liked how clean the rooms were. The staff was very courteous. We really appreciate the property has a fitness room.
Cons (-) We landed up asking for upgarde to a family room because as per our request at the time of booking 2 twin beds were not available. I strongly feel an additional 35 euro charge per day was on the higher side given the room we had booked was not available. Other then that we had a good experience.

Cons (-) The receptionist's work is very commendable, compared to the cleaners who do not have basic knowledge of their work. There were three of us in the elevator when the elevator stopped and the cleaner with a huge cart loaded with dirty laundry unceremoniously climbed into our elevator.
