Pros (+) very nice, comfortable hotel. good facilities including gym. I had a problem in my flights and my reservation was retained
Cons (-) I wrote to the hotel several times due to my flight cancellations. they never answered. only when I got someone with and American number to call them, did they react. Hotel is a bit expensive relative to the location.

Pros (+) I did not eat breakfast. the hotel was great. new, updated everything. clean, styled beautifully. The one issue we had was not really the hotels responsibility however it affected our rating. see next question
Cons (-) We chose to park right across the street in the Kensington parking lot. Over night our truck was broken in to. They tried to hotwire it to start the engine with no keys. But must have been interrupted as the ignition was busted but truck was not gone. They got away with a backpack and stereo speakers that were in it.

Pros (+) The Easter brunch with Chef Matthew Plummer was excellent. Also, the lady bartender on the early Friday shift on 4/18/2025 was also very friendly, and she made a GOOD drink for a weary traveler!
Cons (-) I wish that the bar stayed open longer.

Pros (+) Our room was very nice, and staff was so friendly despite the fact that they were slammed by concert attendees. Your management team stepped in to help staff and it really showed leadership. Well done!
Cons (-) breakfast was really disappointing`, we would never have breakfast there again. The waffle i ordered tasted like an eggo out of a box.
