Location, helpfulness of staff, all the nice touches and delicious food.
A/C was quite loud but not a big problem
Breakfast...was delicious, friendly service, but slow. I would think the same food done buffet style would be faster.
Breakfast and court yard were so nice. I was very happy we got a ground floor room! Lots of stairs otherwise.
Parking. Though the young man did help us find a spot. Internet wasn’t very strong, but really not a problem

Check-in was confusing. Website is confusing. Stated amenities were $40 but didn't say those were mandatory. Should have been included in the fee. Staff is OK but not particularly friendly. People skills need a little attention.

Wines was good, appetizers could be better, some was soggy.
The convenience to everything in Savannah was great! The breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. The evening wine and dessert were a wonderful opportunity to meet new people. Definitely worth the visit!
Although our bed was quite comfortable, the height of the bed made it difficult to get in and out of it.
The entire facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff defined true southern hospitality! The complimentary breakfast was beyond compare! The food was delicious and hearty. The complimentary afternoon snacks and evening desserts, plus the 24 hour access to hot and cold beverages, were completely unexpected. What a nice surprise! Great location. Property itself is nice but the room we were given was underneath the parlor and on the street. You could hear people walking right above until late at night and early in the morning, no privacy and no peace and quiet. Whatever you do don't go to room 110. Lovely old Inn. Our room was comfortable, and bath had been recently updated. Breakfasts were great - they offer a choice between two entrees or egg option, plus other sides, etc. We stayed several nights so each morning's offerings were different.
