Cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen. Buffet breakfast was a good way to start your day. The staff at reception spoke a good level of English and you’re extremely friendly. Close walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery shops. Fantastic value for money.
Air conditioning required cleaning but not uncommon for Vietnam hotels
The beds and pillows were comfortable The location is good for restaurants and is walkable to beach Hon Chuong . Breakfast was decent . They stopped laundry service on the day I checked in but was nice enough to let me use the service just that one time.
The bathroom shower sink seemed blocked as water would overflow and floor gets very wet I told the cleaning staff but nothing was done ( maybe language barrier), corridors could be more cleaned.
Arrived at the property quite late so we were super tired, when showing up the lady said she wanted to keep our passports or we pay upon arrival which we thought was weird because who in their right mind would give over their passport to a hotel and how dare they ask us to do this like of course we will pay upon arrival. Breakfast could be better for my taste. Bedside lights would be useful and also being able to charge devices when out of the room.
Overall it's a nice hotel with a bright rooms and balconies.
Breakfast was so-so.
The one thing which I want be improved there is Wi-Fi. Generally absolutely worth those money. Very happy to stay there 🔥🔥🔥
Good room size for a single person. There is desk space to work if needed and a fridge. Cleaning is available daily. They have laundry services although it is cheaper and faster to go elsewhere for it. You can book an airport shuttle through the hotel, but I found it cheaper through a third-party. 5 minute walk to the beach.
Window was very small and the view was towards the other units/buildings. The shades in my room were broken so it was lop-sided, but I was out most of the day so it didn't bother me. The only issue I had with my room was the lack of draining in the shower room. Because of how it was built - there are gaps between the glass and water would leak out of the shower. Clean rooms, identical to the provided pictures. Comfortable beds. Daily service including fresh linen. Fast Wi-Fi. The reception is open 24/7, which is important if you are hitting gym (or something else) early in the morning.
The rooms are not soundproof enough.
The location of the hotel is good, the rooms are clean, towels are changed, secure free Parking, and a rooftop pool.Beautiful view from the window.
The photos did not match the booking, the room is much smaller than 22 sq.m.There were no bedside tables or lamps near the bed.A very small window in the room.The pool closes at 6 p.m.
