Pros (+) Very stylish and comfortable at the same time. breakfast is lavish and delicious and served on weekends till 11.00am. the personal is very polite and willing to help . Exceptional toiletries, i don’t use mine at all. pleasant surroundings with many restaurants and grocery store close by
Cons (-) for me after Cyprus the room temperature was bit low even when the heating was at maximum. that was a help - the heated floor in the bathroom

Pros (+) Everything. The hotel looks fantastic. The room was spacious and modern. The bed was super comfy. Slept like a log. The breakfast was the highlight. Tons of options, boiled and scrambled eggs, all sorts of cereal, fruit, jam, pancakes, fruit and what not. The location was also very good, easily accessible by bus. Cons (-) the bathroom entrance threshold was a bit high for a person with stability issues. We worked around it, The shower did not have stability handles, The cancellation policy was severe, however, we did get partial in-kind conpensation in the form of restaurant credit.

Cons (-) I informed the hotel that I would be arriving late. I arrived at 2 am and they told me that the hotel was full and they had reserved a room for me in another hotel, whose location was not convenient for me at all. Yes, the taxis were at their expense, but this ruined the first day of my stay in Stockholm. I thought that Booking through booking was reliable.

Pros (+) Beautiful room, amazing view! 14th floor has been impressive. I like the breakfast. The reception staff were kind and attentive. Love the area where the hotel is located.
