Beautiful room, great breakfast, wonderful outdoor pool. One of the best hotels in Romania. Always happy to be back.
Elexus Predeal combines enchanting nature experiente with excellent quality services. Elexus Apartaments is the best place.
location was nice, the location was green, cozy, confortable.
the radiator in the room was making terrible noises, I couldn't sleep. Otherwise, i like the hotel, altough the restaurant was expensive for the taste of food - this could be improved, or lower the prices for the same food.
Hi the room is very nice but only the problem is because the elexus predeal hotel there is not a place for meeting room if want to have a meeting conversation with the other people or family member is not available place needs to sleep at 22:00 like a prisoner’s house

Second time visiting it, exceptional and luxurious as before.
The restaurant was excellent, both for breakfast and the festive dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the live music and the delicious food. The room was clean, the spa was pleasant and uncrowded, and the location was fantastic.
There was a strong, unpleasant sewage smell in the room, forcing us to keep the windows fully open throughout our stay. Despite informing the staff, they were unable to resolve the issue, as the smell didn’t originate from the toilet but was likely coming from the ventilation system. The staff was nice and the restaurant had very good food.
Sauna was not hot enough and one of the jacuzzi was not functional.
All was good from the staff to all facilities and comfort zones along with the SPA. The restaurant was top notch ! I would like to thank everyone for all the work and the experience they gaved us on our staying!
I would like to add only a few things regarding the Spa : 1: No bracelet for the lockers in order to take our stuff whenever we wanted , had to wait sometimes for a staff member to lock/unlock 2. A clock at the pool would be cool to have it to know exactly when we have to get out in order to respect the program 3. And a small policy regarding the people to not steal your slippers while at the pool...Read more
