Cons (-) The property needs a facelift. Plugs in bathrooms don’t work. Sheets loosely on bed and come off of the bed if you move. Bath towels are low quality. Carpets in hallways are very dirty. Ladder to pool is loose. No one knows how to program the thermostat to stay at a cool temperature. The entire experience was a huge disappointment.

Pros (+) The location was right by downtown, close to the Curaçao signs and the bridge. The view was beautiful and staff was very helpful.
Cons (-) The top floor of the hotel has a pool only open from 10-6. The hotel has 2 restaurants that can be loud into the night since they both close around midnight.

Pros (+) Location, staff, rooms, all excellent! The rooftop restaurant is quite phenomenal. Special mention to Shelsie at the front desk who went out of her way to help out when we needed! Thank you for a lovely stay and experience. Cheers!
