Pros (+) Beautiful modern hotel, good location, only 10 minutes walk to Suria shoping centre and Petronas Twins. Amazing view from the room windows. Cleaning team cleaned room every day, good quality towels and bed linen. Also, a big size swimming pool with nice and calm atmosphere. I'm definitely coming back soon.

Pros (+) The views were amazing!! The location was great, we could walk to a lot of locations such as the pavilion and Petronas towers. The staff were always very helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) The pool was really cold and the air con was blasting in the pool area, even after a really hot day and doing tours we jumped in and out as it was way too cold which was really disappointing. The food was average and drinks were very average.

Pros (+) We specifically needed a room with disability support (grab bar in bathroom, walk in showers) and wheel chair accessible rooms. And the studio room had it. Depending if the disabled person require the bidet to be on the left or the right side, would depend on the room layout. The room we got had the bidet on the left, which was just perfect, bcoz my family member disability was his right hand. You...
Cons (-) Disabled rooms can be requested when booking, but it is never confirmed. They will always say its subject to availability during check in. I would prefer it if they can confirm it is available when booking.
