Aesthetically pleasing, rooms were on he high floor, offers good views of the city. A few mins walk to 2 train stations.
More variety in breakfast buffet.
We specifically needed a room with disability support (grab bar in bathroom, walk in showers) and wheel chair accessible rooms. And the studio room had it. Depending if the disabled person require the bidet to be on the left or the right side, would depend on the room layout. The lobby and breakfast being on the 40th floor! The room and bathroom very clean. KLCC was only a 10 minute walk. During brunch hours there are lots of food stalls parked on the street in front of the hotel, plenty of food and drinks available.
Spacious room, nice view from our room. Clean hotel/room. Breakfast had enough variety and was good. Staff were friendly 10 mins walk to twin towers roughly. Room had 2 double bed and it was only 2 of us , so plenty of space for us to roll around😁
Maybe a mirror in the living area would be great to have. And pity it didn't have a spa (jaccuzi)to use. One negative comment is the pans that they make eggs in, are burnt as they sit empty on fire and you will find some burnt pieces in your egg when you order sometimes.

Excellent breakfast provided from a huge selection. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Located conveniently to transport services.
We booked the family suite which was very spacious which excellent facilities. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Staff always friendly and helpful.
We were staying with another family but couldn't pop and see them in there room due to the keycars / lift restrictions but understand this is a security measure.
