Pros (+) Breakfast was great, great choice and staff very attentive. Bed was comfortable
Cons (-) The room was a large size but not very well decorated. It feels old and cold. As the room is very large it takes long time to heated up. The hotel needs an upgrade or change in style as furniture are very Kitsch Lack of attentions to details with amenities Didn't have a hair-dryer in the room. Location is not great, a bit far to walk to the Cittadelle.

With the exception of the pool, the hotel's service is good. However, my experience with Agoda's service was negative, as they failed to send my book to the hotel. Consequently, I have to wait for them to check the booking for about an hour.

Everything is very good, the staff were attentive and the room was very clean. However, the condition of the swimming pool needs to be reviewed because it is becoming dilapidated and dangerous.
