Excellent Architecture in a beautiful location

There was no menu in English and the staff did know English. Very difficult communication, because of the lamguage barierre.
Beautiful tasteful high quality decor. Charming building. Host was very caring with regard to special dietary needs.

Lovely setting at the foot of a dam. Comfortable bed and good breakfast
Somewhat run down with old unclean tables and chairs outside. Bedroom needed decorating. Dirty plug socket by bed and overflow on basin black inside. Exposed wiring to the fan.
Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and on site restaurant. Good walking nearby.
Bedroom on top floor within roof space - strange bathroom layout meant very restricted headroom under shower ( basically had to sit on board across the bath) to avoid banging your head! However didn’t affect our overall enjoyment.
Location is unfortunately not very interesting. Walks are limited, need to take the car to other places or to walk next to the road.
Appropriately rustic, but absolutely super place to say. I would highly recommend this place to stay!
The staff was friendly, the restaurant food was beautiful and reasonably priced. The breakfast was our highlight due to the traditional fresh range to choose from. I took a few business cards to introduce friends and colleagues to have a weekend here.
My door handle kept falling off but door was easily used and lockable despite this.
Beautiful property at the heart of Hoces del Duraton Natural Park. Huge room with air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. Extremely clean. Genuinely dog-friendly. Generous breakfast included. The food in the restaurant generally was 10/10. And friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and will certainly be back!
Our only disappointment was that the walk from the hotel to the embalse has been closed for many months. Perhaps the (otherwise very helpful!) info sheet sent in advance should note this - or at least not promote the walk as an activity. There is so much else to do 😊😊Read more
We stayed in a very comfortable family room. The room was very large and perfect for a family of two adults and two children.
The restaurant was a bit disappointing after reading the reviews. There was an option for children, what is definitely a plus, but the rest of the food was disappointing. Nevertheless, we would recommend this hotel.
