Pros (+) Very comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Nice pool area. Wifi was great. Electric kettle for tea as well as coffee pod machine. Quiet location.
Cons (-) No in-room safe. Awoken early by very noisy pipes from shower in unit next door. If you’re a light sleeper there’s lots of outside light and no blockout drapes. We experienced great difficultly finding the laundry. It was in the complex near our unit but we had to be escorted there by the housekeeper! Worked out all good though.

We came in at 3:00, i took a shower and someone from the staff walked in on me, which i thought was very unprofessional. We enjoyed the pool but it was very dirty so we didn’t stay in long. When we came back at night we wanted to go in the hot tub. Someone from the staff said the hot tub was closed. Which made me very conf...

Pros (+) Sony was very attentive and detailed regarding our short trip. He answered all questions promptly. The room was very clean and organized. The hotel common area was very well kept. Overall the hotel was very quaint and cozy. Would recommend for a stay.

Pros (+) Absolutely everything the location the facilities, the cleanliness ,the accommodation was very spacious with everything you could possibly want for a stay. We felt safe and secure in the property. An absolutely haven.
Cons (-) The entry system works really well ,unfortunately we missed the email as we were not expecting it!!! Regrettably we phoned the number which could have been avoided...sorry!
