Lovely smallish hotel (33 rooms I think) with beautiful decor, well appointed room and the staff were impecable. The basement pool/spa is stunning and the rooftop infinity pool is great too.
The gym is a bit small but it is fine. Bike, crossfit and treadmill, some free weights/bench and a multiway pulley machine. So if you know what you are doing, then fine, but max capacity is about 3/4 people.
An excellent hotel within walking distance of major attractions and close to Estació Intermodal/main train station for easy island access. The concierge team was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and arranging reservations. This was my second stay. The hotel team went above and beyond expectations and we were so well looked after. Location is perfect for Palma old town. Would definitely stay again

The front desk team on arrival set the tone for the rest of the stay. They were so professional and helpful and gave a truly wonderful welcome! The hotel is in an amazing location, with fantastic facilities and a beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the sea.
The only slight drawback is the menu is quite restrictive by the pool and in-room dining. Wider options, catering to more dietary requirements would’ve been welcome.
It was an exceptional hotel with amazing staff, who were always so happy to help.
