Location.
The room was too dark, no windows, curtains. Too hot in the room.

The staff is very nice and doing their best in order to make your visit enjoyable and fun. I had a problem with the heating system and the owner tried to make his best to overcome this issue. More than that, he was really great with telling the history behind the hotel building (ex - synagogue). It was amazing!
There is no air conditioning system but a heating system that only heat when it's cold outside.

It was a unique building cleverly transformed into a 21st century boutique hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful

The location is fantastic. I loved the eclectic modern/historic design. Very tastefully done. The room was simple, clean, with a nice bathroom and a pleasant view from the balcony window. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful.
No complaints.
Modern and uncluttered. Lovely shower. Good breakfast.
We arrived during a mediaeval festival, no way to get near the hotel by car as lots of roads closed. Very few staff. The receptionist seemed to be doing everything.
