Pros (+) The Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and attentive. The location has beautiful views. The chef is good.
Cons (-) It is old which can be a good thing but it just doesn't feel like it's been well taken care of. It needs maintenance. Dirty/stained carpets in the room. It is not worth their prices. They take CC information in written on a piece of paper, and after our stay we got charged on that said CC, from a food delivery company which we didn't use. I said I wasn't comfortable with writing this information s...

Pros (+) location and friendly staff and specious room
Cons (-) not well kept at all, bad maintenance, dirty carpets, cheap bedsheets, couldn’t use pool at all since it was dirty the whole stay plus not well heated and surrounded by duck fesses .

Pros (+) We love the decoration, comfort and exclusivity of the hotel, in addition to the excellent service, with a beautiful landscape typical of Bariliche, with lake and mountains. The restaurant is excellent and has great prices.
