Very Good location, in the city center, walking distance to almost every where in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything we asked, very clean rooms
Breakfast has not variety of choices and almost the same every single day, shower is tiny and water stream is weak and there is not much to do about that, the gym and the spa is very very small, almost no machines in the gym and the pool is very tiny and looks different than the pictures.

The hotel is nicely located in the center of Thessaloniki and easy to reach. The rooms are nicely arranged and furnished rooms. The breakfast buffer was also great.
The location is very good, within walking distance of the sights. Breakfast is small but good: eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, bread, ham and cheese, fruit, pancakes, jams, honey, yogurt and cereal. Very sweet desserts. The spa area has a small pool (not for swimmers) with two hydromassage jets and a jacuzzi, a very hot steam sauna. It was nice after a walk around the city.

The plastic wrapped towels were not great for sustainability. The room was also quite noisy due to the main road.

We had a really lovely stay at Egnatia Palace, staff were extremely lovely and friendly, breakfast was delicious and had a vast amount of variety. It was great value for money. The room was exceptionally clean and the spa added a great touch. It’s such a good location if you want to be in the thick of the city, and the walk to the museum was pleasant with lots of history to see. I would love to st...
It was a shame the tv didn’t have access to Netflix or other streaming service as that would have really been a bonus.Read more
