Pros (+) Very friendly staff made us so comfortable. The food was the best that we had in Sri Lanka. Reggie is a professional cook who does wonders in the kitchen .

Pros (+) modern clean building, everything worked well. staff were helpful and remained out of site. English was not so good. helped to arrange a good city tour. breakfast was good. Evening meals were first class. location is a quiet part away from town. good night's sleep. views across the river and the dam.
Cons (-) No outdoor space, other than drive and balconies. staff training and english could be improved.

very impressed with the hotel's excellent butler. guests are very respected and understand when there is a lot of luggage, they are ready to help. this hotel is amazing, I will come back again. there is no doubt about the service. all so good. Thanks for the serivce

Pros (+) Excellent breakfast and dinner! Nice room, incredibly efficient staff, all the requests were satisfied within 1 minute.
Cons (-) Maybe the price is a little bit too high compared to other locations in Sri Lanka. I ha Internet problems but the staff was super kind and helped me a lot with it.
