The splash park is small but great for little kids I'd say no older than 7
The rooms are not cleaned regularly had to request towels only to be told there was a charge for them on a Sunday as they don't offer housekeeping on Sundays. Also electrical sockets were hanging off the wall. Had a problem with the safe and was told they would send someone straight away had to phone again 2hrs later and eventually someone came. Amazing animation. The Suit room is amazing! A lot of space, the furniture is mostly new, the kitchen is well equipped. Food is tasty, cocktails at the bar are amazing. Evening shows are very good.
The pool is too little for such amount of guest! There never were enough deck chairs and there are no in aquapark. The kids club also isn't prepared for such amount of children. We wanted participate in treasure hunt, but there were already 20 children! So my kid didn't want to stay there.
Our stay was amazing from start to finish. All staff were lovely to deal with and gave my children so much attention. The kids club staff were always full of energy, and my son loved spending time playing there. The evening entertainment was great too! Perfect for families with a good range of pools for most ages. We didn’t use the kids club much but the entertainment staff, along with all the other staff were very engaging and hard working. We only stayed for 2 nights but will try to cl e back for longer.
A few areas in the apartment were showing some signs of wear but just the normal high use areas like the kitchen cupboards.
Everything else was perfect
The pool was not heated and was very cold
Located near other family members, by request. Also near reception and pool areas.
Bathroom a bit dated, loose fittings and no window or ventilation. Otherwise more than adequate and comfortable.
Great staff, good selection of drinks on the all inclusive and good selection of food.

Amazing location for family holiday with lots to do on site. Very friendly staff, amazing entertainment. Excellent shuttle bus service to Albuferia.
The shop on site was expensive but local supermarket only a few minutes walk.
The house cleaning only made beds and didn’t tidy the apartment.
