Best location and the girls at the reception are Legends. They helped me book tickets to fansipan peak and rong may glass bridge,also very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is close to main attractions and the room is spacious. We also had a great view to the mountains from our room. We really liked the design of the room and the bathroom was quite nice. The staff was nice and they stored our luggages for a long time on our day of departure.
Everything was mostly fine, just a few minor things that we believe can be easily solved: 1. The room wasn't sparkling clean, a little more attention to details could improve everything 2. There was a peculiar smell when entering the lobby (not sure if it was from the restaurant nearby or from the things they used in the spa) that was not the most pleasant one 3. Great Location across the street from Fansipan station.
The location is great. Only 2 minutes to the Sun Plaza, right across the road! Easy to walk everywhere around Sapa. The bathroom seems like just renovated and it’s clean.
The room is a bit small compare to the picture that displayed and outdated. You can smell the dampness upon entering the room. They can only provide 1 key card and won’t give more even after we asked. No card for the electricity, so you have to use that 1 card for all, and you cannot charge your phone or power-bank when you leave the room since you have to take the card with you and the electricit...Read more

Clean and modern. Location was perfect and staff were fantastic.
Neighbours were a bit loud at 5:30am as they departed for a tour. Not the hotels fault.
Rooms were very clean, great shower and bathroom, location was perfect next to SunPlaza and the price was incredibly low.
Nothing it was a very good hotel!
They let us get in the room as soon as it was ready even tho it was before check in time.
It’s close by to the main square where there is music all day, all night. It can be hard to sleep.
location on top,access to all places.Really love. Early check in @10.00.Very comfortable.Best Spa in town i guess.
Location and behaviour of staff
Cleanliness, no flexibility of late check out and early check in. And there were spiders and cobwebs in room. The bathroom basin was broken and not repaired.
