Staff, location, facilities, room, access to ski slopes
The kids' club staff were terrific!
I booked the “Large Suite High Tea Aquapark Access – Private Suite with 2 Bedrooms”, but the room we received (Room 530) was not a true two-bedroom suite, as advertised on Booking.com. We booked a very large suite and it was so comfortable. It is huge, with 3 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a small kitchen area and a large living room area. We had breakfast and gouter in our booking. Gouter was everyday from 3pm and was a buffet of lots of yummy things like cake, croissants and macarons. That was really enjoyable.
As we went at the very end of the season, some things were unavailable on the menu (we heard "c'est la fin de la saison" on a daily basis!) It was fine but became quite funny after a while! We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 days access to the Aquamotion, it would have been good to get 3 days included.
Well used to staying at four and five star ski hotels and Ecrin Blanc was excellent. The staff were superb and the facilities for all but especially children were fantastic- we will be back (the valet staff in particular were excellent)
From our checkin to checkout our experience was extremely positive. Morin checked us in and gave our entire family an upgrade, she was really nice and welcoming. Alex at the kids club was amazing with the twins. The concierge Leonie was very helpful and all her recommendations were good. Great location, and breakfast
I ‘ve probably had 2000 nights at different hotels throughout the world. Ecrin Blanc left a very very strong and positive impression and I listed it in my TOP 10 hotels. Staff, cleanliness, location, breakfast, hospitality… all top class! Well done to the management and all staff I interacted with. Well done. Looking forward to visiting you again, next time with my whole family!
The staff service cleanliness aquamotion. Special mention hugo at the restaurant. I felt ill on the 12th march night and called the reception. The front desk guy was so concerned that he brought me milk and fruits in less than 5 minutes. I don’t remember his name but I really want to thank him and appreciate his concern and gesture.
Great hotel with a very nice view, next to the slopes but quite expansive for the services rendered! Friendly staff!
We also had a bad smell in our bathroom and the Aquapark was not accessible to my 16 years old son (and this was not mentioned). Also not possible to take a shower at the end of the day after the checkout. Never experienced this in a hotel of this class.
