Superb environment, lovely staff, quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!
All was good. Finding it was a little difficult for taxi driver, but he persevered and we were so pleased he did!!
The swimming pool is excellent. The rooms are good. I needed a means of transport and they provided a bicycle. Breakfast is good and varied, the atmosphere is calm. Youssef took care of me, prepared the meals I needed and provided transport when needed. The air conditioning in the rooms works well.
Internet isn't good, but it's not the hotel fault. As it's located in a country area, the signal is not so good. I had 1 day without water, but these things sometimes happen in the countryside. They should have air conditioning in the breakfast area.
The food was excellent. Wonderful fireplace to keep warm during dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful and efficient. Francoise was a lovely host and the premises is beautiful.
We were not planning to stay there but we had to change our plans as my partner was feeling unwell. The place is perfect to relax and we loved the food, the animals (lots of cats, a dog, a few peacocks and even a turtle!), the pool and the peaceful gardens. The staff was polite and caring. It was just what we needed to recover.
The toilet seat was not cleaned. We arrived quite late so we couldn’t ask the staff to clean it and we did it ourselves. That was the only flaw in an otherwise perfectly clean room and hotel

Food was good quality and a similar price to our riad in Marrakech.
