The food was amazing, breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the staff and especially the restaurant staff, were great, like fine dining. The common areas are really lovely, there’s even a coffee hour with more excellent food and drink.
The standard dome is fairly compact, getting in and out the low door was sometimes a logistical challenge, but a minor point really. It is however very expensive, but I did find all the options on the east of Torres del Paine park to be very expensive.
I was on the fence about this hotel given the price, but decided to do it. It was absolutely fabulous, amazing location, amazing food, great service! Also, despite the rain in the evening, fabulous views of Torres in the morning!
Ecocamp was amazing! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the facilities were super clean and the food delicious!
The camp was spotless, the service was of a quality we never could have imagined, and we had a clear view of the Torres the entire time. The best part of Ecocamp, however, was the people. Raul and Eduardo, guides, took so much time to understand our goals, and suggested several little detours on the W Trek that ended up being the highlights of our time in the park. The amount of sugar in juices could be reduced. They tasted very high in sugar.

Perfectly located, all the small touches were perfect as well. Food was exceptional as was the service. Especially Sebastian and the lady working behind the bar :)
