Easily accessible- 2 minutes walk from Fengqi Metro Station. Decent breakfast
We checked in at the hotel only to be told it was at a different location - apparently there were a few branches. We were told to go to Wulin Station. From Wulin we tried to locate the hotel only to find that the address was still the one we tried checking in. We called and the manager apologised that the new staff gave us the wrong info. We went back to the same location to finally check in.
The location is very close to Kerry Centre , is on the Main Street is convenient to order taxi or didi. Will stay at this hotel again if I go to Hang Zhou again
Convenient location, accessible via Metro Line 1 with Exit 3D, just a 30-meter walk to the hotel. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. You can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast is delicious
The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps from the metro station and within a pleasant walking distance to West Lake and other major attractions. The main bus stations serving destinations such as Longjing Village and the Six Harmonies Pagoda are also close by. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The only two main issues I would point out are the somewhat unintuitive lighting controls and the backlight on the control buttons. For example, having the bathroom light switch located next to the bed — and only on one side — doesn’t make much sense. The room is very noisy and I have trouble falling asleep 😵💫 The receptionist tells me this is how it is by selecting the hotel in the city center, l don't think this is a good way to communicate. The hotel should be honest about the noise level. The receptionist is very helpful in assisting us for placing food order through the Meituan platform. Also, the breakfast provided was full of varieties and is delicious.
A very good location for us to explore the west lake scenic area, close to the metro station and the famous shopping area and night market. The breakfast was standard but not as crowded as some other places we have stayed at, which is good for guests who like a quiet morning.
