Pros (+) I thought it was ridiculous that my daughter who was 16 needed to show identification. Never have I had to show ID for my children to stay with me. Especially for 480 a night. Way too expensive for the drama. Also was not allowed to have visitors. I understand not allowing extras after hours but to not allowr my friend to come up and get changed for a concert, she wasnt staying the night but i pay...

Air con is locked to 19 degrees. Asked for them to change it, said they would, nothing changed. Staff are ok but nothing special for the price. Penthouse is 2 floors which is fine but it has a glass barrier with a sheer drop on the other side, so not suitable for kids who may want to climb stuff. Stayed in a ‘normal’ room here once before and it was good, absolutely not worth the extra for a penth...

Pros (+) We were there during Cyclone Alfred. Staff were organised and prepared and kept us informed. Fortunately we were not particularly affected there. We were there for a week, and the hotel has no business centre, so we were working from our room for a week.
