Location
Check in was unacceptably tiresome, especially the requirement to see the credit card when the payment had already been taken from the card and from my account. Plus the requirement for a $500 deposit - never requested before after many earlier stays at this hotel.

Building design and pool are overlooked by surrounding apartments
This time, we were assigned a corner room with a 180 degree beautiful view of the harbor. We did not have any complaints about the room.

Well appointed hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff, great food and drink and views.
Location is great and very convenient going into the city. Shopping is readily accessible. The urban view is not too bad if stay at high floor. Room is clean and comfortable.
Would be nice to have more space to hang clothes. The current design doesn't seem to think about that and I literally need to "live off a suitcase" so to speak.

The washroom design can be improved
it is convenient located by taikoo MTR station. I was able to wheel my luggage from the Hong Kong Int'l airport to the hotel. it does make a different. The view of at SUGAR was amazing. Definitely you must take a view of Hong Kong at Sugar. Personally, it is better than the view of Hong Kong from the Peak.
