This is our second time staying here for 2 weeks. Resort is nicely spread out along the beach, hiding behind coconut and pine trees. It never feels crowded, so much space, two pools and plenty of greenery and wildlife. On the beach stones have been cleared from the water and you have a nice swimming area in front of Dusit. When we stayed here in spring it wasn't an issue, but this time in February some guests kept leaving towels by the pool, occupying sunbeds without using them. Dusit started leaving notes discouraging guests from such behaviour, but I am not sure if resort enforced anything. Whenever it happened, we could still find space on the beachfront, which is only minutes away from the pools.Read more
Amazing hotel right on the beach! Pools were great and staff couldn’t do enough for you We had the added club lounge access which I would highly recommend! Food and drinks were abit on the pricy side in the hotel so having the coffee & cake hour, and happy hour in the evening included made up for it!

The spa service is excellent; Tarn’s massage was a strong pressure and thorough with effective techniques. Thank you. The ‘bogof’ offer made the charges reasonable. Even better if: 1. Chilled welcome towels were provided on arrival as in the spa 2. Fruit or frangipani were in room as a welcome; 1/5 days we received towel origami 3. Our balcony adjacent to the foyer was very noisy due to air conditioning units; rooms should be priced differently in these circumstances as they should be with restricted light and views. 4. The pool, beach access, breakfast, the room itself was amazing. The gym is well equipped and very large.
The air conditioner had a life of its own - temperature was changed without us touching it. A bit far from Ao Nang center - bike is required...
Everyone was so helpful and kind, facilities are exceptional, club room is modern and spacious, various activities available free of charge

The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is large so didn't feel crowded and has a fantastic position On a lovely quiet beach. We appreciated the well kept grounds and liked that our room was private and not overlooked.
We felt our room was a little tired and in need of some decoration. Also the towels were not particularly fluffy and The hand towel was such a small size it did not even wrap around my head after hairwash. These are small observations But not reflective of 5 star status.overall

Modern facilities. Ample deck chairs to enjoy the environment, cocktails were amazing and the breakfast buffet was comprehensive
Shower had significant drainage issues that took several follow up calls to reception to be resolved. Also while the cocktails were great from the bars it always seemed to take a long time to get them made.
