Hotel was just fabulous. Received free upgrade to suite on arrival. Really made our stay special as was booked as a surprise for my sons 20th birthday. Staff were all extremely helpful nothing too much bother. Bed was really comfy could have stayed in it 😴 Breakfast was one of the best l have had. Excellent choice of hot and cold dishes and little touches added like coffee and tea served to table...

Beautiful, spacious room, and a fantastic location. Not the cheapest place to stay in Brugge but as is often the case ‘you get what you pay for’
On the night we stayed the hotel had a large group of football fans staying and the noise these guests made when they returned that night was excessive, whilst this issue not necessarily the hotels fault we would have appreciated a little more empathy from the staff when we told them about it in the morning,
Room was lovely, just as expected. Cosy , spacious and clean Breakfast was great, a large selection of foods and friendly staff Location is by far the best pro of this hotel, so close to the shops and the main square and particularly good for the fireworks square on new years eve.
Well appointed, comfortable and clean bedroom. The public areas were modern and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location for Markt, t’Zand and one of the main shopping streets. I travel the world and without doubt the hotel, rather underplays the breakfast offer. Great variety and great quality.

Great location, cleanliness.
Our first room had a bath with jets that weren’t working, we were moved to another room which had exactly the same issue. Quite a waste of time on such a short trip. To our surprise a member of the cleaning staff walked straight into our room without knocking at 10.05am on our last day, almost an hour before checkout. Not acceptable at all, an complete invasion of one’s privacy.

Large comfortable room and nice bathroom. Location couldn't be much better for everything to see in Bruges. Bed was very comfortable.
We stayed in an upstairs room which had a small, steep set of stairs. Request downstairs ground floor room if you have large bags or mobility issues.
