We had a great time at this place. Great quiet room. Every detail has been thought out. Excellent staff. Delicious buffet breakfasts. The best Wi-Fi without interruptions. They arranged for us to go to the waterfalls and the trip went great. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Our room overlooked the pool and we enjoyed an evening drink on the balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was quite a bit of noise from outside the grounds but the hotel itself was a haven.
Love the staff at the front desk! Very helpful and friendly. The night time staff was also very helpful when we had an issue later in the evening. Thank you The breakfast was lovely out by the pool.
Comfy, clean, aircon, smart TV, not too busy, pool was clean and nice (but a lil cold). It felt very safe and modern.
Tiles around the pool are very slippery when wet (2 of us fell). A little bit understaffed but those that were there, were very helpful and kind. Coffee at breakfast not great.

A new hotel, the staff and facility were excellent! They helped me with a couple of issues and answered all of my questions. I will definitely choose to stay here on future visits to Luang Prabang!

The hotel is quite new and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. The standard room was fine with good AC. Room cleaning was fast and reliable. Overall a good choice that's a little outside the center and the mekong riverside.
The internet was really slow and at times almost impossible to use. FaceTime with video was a no-go. Quite a bit of noise from the neighboring property (constant construction work / Feb 2025).
Food was ok but not much options.
wifi was super bad, try to ask to cancel other nights since we book 3 nights but be rejected, also told us that Wifi is normal in Laos but what we did spend extra money to stay in other hotel had awesome WIFI.
