Just a few steps away from Termini Station. The warm and friendly welcome we received made our experience even more special. The location was absolutely fantastic, and the place was clean, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I can't give it less than a perfect 10!

Bathroom size is small
This is the fourth time to stay. Close to train.
Location is convenient to train traveler and bus going to the airports.
Its more like an apartment type not like a hotel, and there's no reception desk.
The location is just across the Roma Termini and the airport buses are parked close by. There is no breakfast, but kitchen facility is provided.
Washer and dryer are available but they have to do your laundry for a fee. You are not allowed to operate the machines yourself.
Super close to Termini the next day we had an early flight.

Nice and close to the train station, however questionable people hang around outside.
We stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures—very nice and comfortable. It was close to the train station, we had an early start getting to the airport.
Just a bit funky
The location is very close to Roma Termini. The facilities are great and the added advantage to keep the luggage is great. The staff are prompt and responsive.
High tourist tax in comparison to other providers
