Cons (-) There was no cold water in the shower. Also my digital key was not activated for one full day after I checked in. Probably some system glitch.

Pros (+) Amazing and courteous staff.
Cons (-) Due to less occupancy I couldn't enjoy the full spread of the buffet. Nevertheless everything was provided at our table and the food was excellent.

Pros (+) The hotel is new. Everything was good. Rooms are spacious and food is excellent
Cons (-) They don't offer small car. O ly 7 seater at a high price. Bangalore city has lot of traffic with such big car it becomes more difficult on the road.

Cons (-) Food: The in-room dining is horrible. I ordered throughout my stay for 5 days. Most of the times the food was borderline bad. The grilled chicken was overcooked, under seasoned, the mashed potatoes were grainy, the veggies raw. The menu was limited as most of the menu items were not available.
