A beautiful hotel with a very good location. Within walking distance of the emblematic sights of Istanbul: Sultan Ahmet Square with Agia Sophia and the Blue Mosque: the Grand Bazaar, the Spice Bazaar, the tourist port within a 10-minute walk. Very friendly and helpful staff
The staff was very helpful.
Great location, clean and cozy lounge, great spacious rooms, very clean bathrooms, good shower pressure, very good and friendly stuff.
No view from the room windows, breakfast could be better with more meat variants, fish and hot dishes, but it is still very good breakfast.

We had a problem with AC in the room. They should have changed our room or taken our first complaint seriously. They either didn’t pay heed or were a bit too casual with the repair, but we suffered the whole night !!
