Everything! The front office staff- Emir, Murat, Ugur were exceptionally good. A special thanks to those who helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was very good. Best compared to what we had at Kusadasi (good), Antalya (ok)and Cappadocia( 😞 ).
The Hammam. Not much. It was at 9 PM and the staff kept rushing me to get back home.
Very professional, polite and available staff. Nice breakfast. Well organised spa.
Both the location and breakfasts were very good. I would like to mention the reception staff who were particularly helpful and friendly.
- The staff were amazingly welcoming - Location is very good for Ag Sofia and Topkapi - Breakfast was good albeit not impressive - Not a very tall building - a bit reassuring in case of earthquakes
- The standard double room was quite small (yet functional) - The construction across the street was very noisy, maybe ask for a room with a view to the back if any

The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location was perfect for us.
Our room did not have a view (window looked out at a completely walled-in little space) but it did let some light in and it was super quiet.
