Coffee machine wasn't working properly and when advised staff it didn't seem to bother them on looking at it. Cons (-) Staff failed to respond to pre arrival, room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and it was inconvenient to have to use a physical card to pay for the room at reception. Additionally they don't refund the security hold immediately which is frustrating.
