Pros (+) We came for a wedding at Marylebone Old Town Hall and this was perfectly situated. Also great for shopping, walking around Regent’s Park and sightseeing.

Pros (+) We stayed in several Firmdale Hotels and this is the original one. It is a small but excellent hotel with very attentive staff with a personal touch. You feel at home and the location is great. It is only one stop with the Jubilee line from Baker Street to Bond street. Breakfast was excellent. Overal an exceptional good hotel as can be expected from a Firmdale hotel.

Cons (-) Smell of cigarette smoke around the back of the reception office. Extra service charge American style for tips at the end of stay. Not made clear at all it is optional.

Pros (+) Great location & proximity to various transport options. Beautiful venue, great staff & very very comfortable. I didn't try breakfast but did have a dinner which was delicious.
Cons (-) Not much - all was great. Maybe a bit of ambience in the bar would be even better, although cocktails and service was outstanding.

Cons (-) The safe in the room had issues every day (3) that were never resolved until a technician drilled it open 2 hours before I had to leave to catch my train. I was offered a free coffee and had to ask to have my mini bar comped. Unacceptable.
