Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. The room was clean and spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was more than kind—every request was met with a positive response, always smiling, always helpful. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Perfect!

Cons (-) First, we had an issue with the water drainage in the sink. Had to deal with it late evening (after 11pm), but thankfully the hotel handles it quickly. The next day - water in the toilet went up. They also handled it while we were out. But I do suspect there is an issue with pipes (we were on floor 3W).
