In many rooms windows don't open. Only one shower in the whole spa.
The rooms are very spacious, the lounge area is fantastic, staff are lovely and the accommodated me for vegan options for dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It's absolutely beautiful

The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff in the restaurant were very kind, even though their English level was basic. The barman, as well, was super helpful and customer-focused. Free parking, which is nice.
There is no fitness in the hotel; you are given a badge and need to visit the fitness centre in the neighbourhood, which is not a nice experience. Having a SPA centre means you offer massages as well, which was not the case for the past weekend. It was a stunning location with fantastic amenities and lovely staff (especially Fata)!
I liked the convenient location close to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, providing a pleasant space to relax. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety.
However, I didn't like that the gym facilities were outside and unfortunately closed during my stay. I also found the room walls to be a bit thin, which affected my privacy.
Very nice staff, breakfast was delicious and the room spacious and comfy. Easy to reach by train and car.
A window would have been nice. Though some rooms have a balcony.
