Pros (+) Spacious rooms
Cons (-) Lack of staff available. Staff is not trained and can't provide simple help or requests. No air-condition & windows are locked and can not be open (due to regulatory issues).

Pros (+) Suite was clean and location was great
Cons (-) The directions were extremely challenging to follow on how to get to the property. I think they could have been explained a little easier. It is challenging to drive in Florence and with construction it was far more difficult. I think the Piazza di Republica should have been a landmark

Cons (-) If you’re coming during the winter and you book a room with a hot tub, make sure to tell them ahead of time that you want to use it. When you get there, it will be drained and it will not be able to be filled up until the following day. We were not aware of this, and it made the first night a little bit of a bummer.
