The pools and the spa are nice
The hotel staff shouldn’t allow people to put down towels on sunbeds early in the morning and leaving. Everyone does it and it results in no sunbeds available by 10am. The rooms are nice but showers are dated and dirty. Staff don’t really know what is going on - I was told the mini bar was free and then later told it wasn’t after eating/drinking some items. Beautiful and spacious room with a fantastic lake view. Great breakfast. SPA is wonderful. The restaurant, Topos has an amazing seafood and good range of wine. We spend summer break every year at this hotel. It's the best and perfect place to relax. Very well maintained garden. Smiling and helpful staff. Very close to lots of restaurants and bars, and of course, beaches! We will go back soon !

Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffets. Everything was tasty. The grounds are beautiful and the fresh water pool and artificial beach are great for the kids.
Probably the worst house-keeping I've ever encountered. Our family room was moldy. When I complained they emptied an entire canister of AC disinfectant into it which made it even less habitable. Then they moved us to some apartment outside of the hotel which had smelly sheets and semi-working AC. Basically our entire first day and night were ruined. The grounds were well kept
Small substandard rooms for 3 people. The bathroom had chipped paint. The hotel is too old
Fantastic hotel, it felt modern with luxurious interiors and amazing pools and grounds. Really comfy bed, kind staff, and we highly rated the buffet meals. Overall would absolutely recommend staying here!
Our room wasn’t ready on time for check in so had to wait another hour while they finished cleaning. The staff could’ve done a better job at letting us know what was going on.
