We are very pleased with our stay at the hotel. We hope to return someday. That there is no A/C in the room which i think it is normal in that area and you have to open windows at night and expect some insects.
Everything at this property was top notch. The staff and facilities made our stay very comfortable. Hard to find
Beautiful settings and high up in the Dolomites area. Rooms were large enough for 4-5 people. Rooms were clean with contemporary furnishings and the views from our room were breathtaking. Food was good and plentiful and the service in the dining room was amazing. Check in and check out was fast and efficient.
a coffee machine or a kettle would have been nice in the room. Outdoor pool could have been slightly hotter. In comparison to the hotel rooms and dining area, the reception, lounge and the pool area look really outdated…. like from the 80‘s.
I only can say that I am very satisfied with the hotel and all the colleagues there, they are very nice and the food there are with excellent quality and very tasty. Our children also had a big fun there, the swimming pools are very clean and warm.

Location beautiful views, nice lobby area to relax in. Good breakfast & half fare was reasonable. We didn't get time to hike or use the facilities but the area looked amazing.
Heater always on so got too hot in room
everything is exceptional, there are a lot of benefits: mountain view, spa, sauna, restaurant, perfect service and stuff, slopes in 70meters from the hotel! rooms for ski equipment
