The reception is beautiful. Staff are friendly . I liked the breakfast:)
The rooms are quite old, the pressure in the flow of water in the shower is not good, really slow and apparently it’s been affected by other guests taking a shower at once lol. Great location. Close to casaitalia mall, restaurants and bus station. Rooms are spacious and hotel facilities like indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi were great. Staff are very nice and helpful.
The toilet in the room was next to the wall. So not very comfortable at all. They don’t serve complimentary water in the room which was also strange.
The hotel in general was beautiful, i loved everything about the facilities. But from the special request that i did during my booking. I arrived at the hotel, the staffs refused to change the position of my room. Apart from that everything was good

The room was spacious and clean. The staff in the dining and reception are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very nice as there’s lots of choices. The spa and pool is good.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, which might be a downside if you're relying on public transport. However, if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem parking is easy and you can reach the center in just a few minutes.Read more
Very kind and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast with great variety of food. Comfort beds. I really recommend this hotel.
