Great location in middle of old town ( you can’t drive there). Very quiet. Rooms made up each day. Reception staff are Really helpful.
Being really picky, the terrace was a bit near to another terrace.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The flat was cozy and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen that was essential for our special dietary needs. They even adjusted our breakfast to accommodate our requirements, which was wonderful. The location is very central, yet the place is quiet. Parking can be tricky, but to be honest, it’s challenging everywhere in the city.
The only inconvenience was the cleaning schedule, which typically occurred around lunchtime. This required us to adjust our plans slightly. There was one instance where our room was skipped, but they cleaned it in the afternoon. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to keep in mind.

Everything was outstanding. This is a very special place to stay and I cannot fault it. The hosts Lina and Laura are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. The room spacious and comfortable, beautifully fitted out and stylish. Loved the daily breakfast baskets - always a treat. Location of the suites is perfect - right in the heart of the old town.
Exceptionally comfortable, and clean hotel and a central location. Our suite was large and spacious and spotlessly clean. Supplies of coffee, water etc were replaced daily. The breakfast baskets were wonderful. The staff went out of their way to help, booking restaurants and taxi.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, especially the personal service! The basket of items delivered every morning was lagniappe! Had a fabulous stay!

This is a gem of a hotel--perfect location on a quiet street in the middle of the old center (with plenty of free parking close by), exceedingly kind and helpful staff who work tirelessly to keep you happy, delicious breakfast delivered every morning to your room in a cute basket, and the most calm and peaceful atmosphere in the hotel itself. I will be back next summer...

The staff at Divina Suites Hotel was super, always available to give us tips and information! Position was great in the heart of Ciutadella. We needed a late check-out and the staff confirmed it without any additional costs. We really enjoyed our days there!
Our stay was great under all points of view. The room was beautiful. The staff was extremely nice, polite and accommodated all our requests and needs. The breakfast was delicious. Also, the structure is located in the perfect position as it is very close to all shops, restaurants, taxi/bus stop but in a very quite street. Absolutely recommened!
