Pros (+) Location is very good and people at front desk are very friendly
Cons (-) The room wasn't very clean; the pipes were making a lot of noise when flushing one of the bathrooms. Could not be flushed in the middle of the night or the whole floor would it wake up. Employees moving carts with dirty linen before 7am.

Pros (+) The accommodation is on the beach so to say its only separated with a few palm trees. We had a 2 bed 2 bathroom suit. The apartment came with everything you needed, it was like being at home, and beach-pool towels were supplied. Perfect for a family holiday kids games room adult gym / pool bar / restaurant. Its only 2 minutes if that away from Coco Beach Pier, and a short uber to Down Town Coco Be...

Cons (-) I double checked and rechecked that we would not be on 2nd floor(no view) when we arrived we were told 2nd floor.. then they found a room on 3rd floor only to be told oh sorry it's has some facilities issues. So back to 2nd floor with view of trees and only sounds of the ocean
