The villa an pool was simply superb very quiet very private was great in that aspect Restaurant was amazing. Staff should be complimented on their level of positive energy happiness and general beautiful nature.
More available transport out of the area would be good. It is a location distance from many things. Some tours advertised at the villa you had to pay to go to all attractions. Essentially you just paid for a driver. A local driver to - from the same places would have been MUCH more cost effective
Location, it felt quiet and private. However, had an easy access shuttle to activities like the safari park or to local grocer. Good walk to the beachfront restraint or across to Spa. Rooms were beautifully made up, smoke coils put out to deter flying insects and pool area lit at night. What's app concierge was easy to use. Great place to wind down for our big family.
Room service could have had more options available on menu.
The accommodation was fantastic, the location was superb but the staff were the best part: so friendly, helpful and nothing was too much to ask
Great service, lovely rooms. Very clean and the room cleaning and turn down as well as the effort the staff goes through to help you was great. The breakfast and the view was very good.
Quite a late 2pm check in
We had the 4 Bedroom 4 bathroom Villa with private pool. It was spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately we could only stay 2 night. The view at breakfast was sensational. The staff accommodated our early departure and we were able to have an early breakfast.

Staff was not helpful, defensive. Did not respect privacy, safety risk. Need operation training. Need hospitality training.
Good villas, however not new and you can see signs af wear and tear. However clean and tidy.
The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. All of our requests were filled with no question.
The location was beautiful but not close to a lot of restaurants or stores.
